Studio Manager for Socially Engaged Architecture Practice

A growing architecture practice based in Central London is seeking a proactive and highly organised Studio Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of the studio. This is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the heart of the office, helping to maintain efficient systems, support project delivery, and ensure the working environment runs seamlessly.
Key responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the office
* Manage supplies, telephones, and incoming and outgoing post
* Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling
* Support and organise the CPD programme
* Liaise with and manage external IT consultants
* Assist with hardware management, including procurement and disposal
* Support IT security audits and systems administration processes
* Maintain internal manuals, documentation, and operational procedures
* Issue and receive project information
* Provide general administrative and coordination support to project teams

* Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
* Proactive and practical, with strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently and support a busy studio environment
* Interest in office operations, systems, and supporting project delivery
