You will oversee the management of Repairs and Voids maintenance services, ensuring that both internally delivered operations and those provided by external contractors meet performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations. This includes effective coordination with material suppliers to ensure timely availability, quality control, and cost efficiency.
