We are currently partnered with a top UK law firm and their London office - they are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis, working in their Housing Management & Property Litigation department.
This team is one of the largest in England & Wales - they act for over 100 Registered Providers and advise on all aspects of Housing Management and Property Litigation advice.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and preparing claim forms and various other legal documents
* Attending Court to assist Barristers and other Fee-Earners
* Preparing trial bundles
* Assisting Solicitors and other Fee-Earners in the day-to-day running of files
* Conducting legal research
* Assisting with enquires made by clients
* Occasionally undertaking site visits
* + much more.
Qualifications
* Have a completed law degree/GDL
* Have previous/existing experience in Housing Management or Property Litigation
* Ideally, have experience dealing with Landlords and/or Registered Providers
* Be able to attend the London office at least 3 days a week
