Outbound Customer Services Advisor Swindon Initially temporary with permanent potential Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week – Requirement to work weekends on rota basis Salary is dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for an Outbound Customer Services Advisor to join our client based in Swindon. Principle Accountabilities Outbound Sales: * Engage with new leads to initiate conversations * Prior experience in outbound calling is highly desirable, as this constitutes approximately 70% of the role. * Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions. * Consistently achieve and exceed assigned targets and KPIs. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system. * Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
