The Role The successful Behaviour Support Assistant will be working directly with students who are having a hard time with their behaviour. These students often come from difficult backgrounds and have struggles with anxiety, stress and depression. This impacts their learning in a negative way. These students need a little extra help with their learning. Your job as a Behaviour Support Assistant will be to support these students in the classroom. This can be on either a 1 to 1 basis or in a small group setting.
