The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy social specialist to join a growing team. As a Senior Executive, you’ll be the "engine room" of the social department—collaborating with Senior Managers to build strategy.
This isn't just about posting; it’s about a blend of bold creativity and strategic thinking. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients to deliver campaigns that drive real, measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive organic growth and high engagement.
Paid Media: Plan and set up paid media campaigns, ensuring content reaches the right audience through strategic spend.
Strategy Support: Work alongside Senior Managers to develop social strategies across various sectors.
Content & Trends: Develop content ideas in partnership with clients and stay on top of viral trends to ensure your clients are always part of the conversation.
Reporting: Take ownership of monthly reports, analyzing campaign effectiveness (knowing your reach from your engagement!) and providing actionable insights.
Community & Influencers: Assist with community management and lead influencer outreach and management.
Teamwork: Work as part of a close-knit team to ensure the cohesive execution of client requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
Agency Experience: Proven experience managing social channels (IG, FB, LI, X) in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
TikTok Savvy: Hands-on experience creating native content for TikTok and managing channel output.
Paid Social: Must have exposure to setting up and monitoring paid media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager / LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Software Skills: Proficiency in scheduling and reporting tools like Hootsuite, Later, or SproutSocial.
Creative Flair: A creative and innovative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The "Agency" Mindset: A positive can-do attitude, great attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Flexibility: Willingness to work unsocial hours on occasion if required to meet specific client deliveries or event coverage
