Recruitment Consultant – Theatres An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing Theatres desk within an established healthcare recruitment team. The desk is already generating £12k–£15k GM per week, with strong scope to grow further. This is a warm desk with live roles, active candidates and existing client relationships in place. The business is open to training recruiters from other markets into theatres, making this a great opportunity for both experienced theatre recruiters and strong consultants looking to specialise. You will take ownership of a running theatres desk, managing existing client relationships while growing the desk through candidate management, bookings and new opportunities. The role suits a 360 recruiter, but strong 180 consultants are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing theatres recruitment desk Work with active clients and a live candidate pool Deliver temporary and ad-hoc bookings across theatres Build long-term client and candidate relationships Identify opportunities to increase desk revenue by 4–5k GM per week Maintain compliance and high service standards Requirements Recruitment experience preferred (open to cross-training from other markets) 360 experience ideal, though strong 180 recruiters considered Strong candidate management and communication skills Commercial mindset with a drive to grow a warm desk Ability to work office-based in Essex What’s on Offer Salary up to £30,000 DOE Negotiable commission structure Warm desk with live clients and candidates Training and support into the theatres market if required Strong growth potential within a proven desk If this sounds like the right next step for you, reach out for a confidential conversation.
