Your role will include, but not limited to:
* Develop and optimize the end-to-end sales prospecting, qualification, and negotiation workflows, and coach the team on best practices
* Streamline the sales process and contract signing process to improve activation velocity and ensure compliance with legal and finance requirements
* Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to upskill the SDR team, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ideate and launch compelling go-to-market offers, and continuously evaluate offer performance
* Implement robust data tracking and reporting to monitor team and individual KPIs, and leverage insights to identify areas for optimization
* Demonstrate a data-driven approach, with a strong sense of analyzing data to define leads into different buckets based on market intel & their importance
Skills you’ll need:
* 3+ years of experience in a sales development or sales/account executive role
* 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing a team of SDRs
* Proven track record of successfully driving sales and exceeding targets
* Exceptional communication, training, and coaching skills
* Excellent knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
* Good knowledge of Looker or similar data visualization tools
* Experienced in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analysis
* Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
