?? The Role: Apprentice IT Consultant
As an Apprentice IT Consultant, youll be at the heart of our mission to improve education outcomes using technology. Youll provide first-class support across a range of platforms including Microsoft, Google, and Apple, while developing your skills on real client sites.
Youll be doing things like:
1. Monitoring the service board and triaging incoming IT requests
2. Delivering friendly, effective support to client schools
3. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with a solution-focused mindset
4. Keeping documentation and ticket information up-to-date
5. Assisting with smaller on-site IT projects
6. Working closely with IT Consultants, Account Managers, and Service Delivery teams
