As the Assistant Nursery Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring each child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
* Establishing strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication.
* Supporting the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns promptly, and reporting these to the Regional Manager.
* Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare and fostering positive working relationships.
* Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements.
* Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring high standards of health and safety.
To apply for this role, it is essential to hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Nursery Manager.
