A leading residential developer is seeking a Freelance Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple low-rise housing projects across Surrey, Kent and Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical professional to join a respected developer on a contract basis.
The Role
1. Office-based in Surrey, with regular site visits across the region
2. Overseeing technical coordination for low-rise housing schemes
3. Managing design information, addressing queries, and supporting project teams
4. Liaising with consultants, planners, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
5. Strong experience as a Technical Manager or Technical Coordinator within residential development
6. Background in low-rise / traditional build housing
7. Ability to manage multiple sites and work autonomously
