Position: Level 2 Practitioner + Recognition Bonus (Pro Rata)
Hours: Permanent | 40 hours per week | £26,291.20 (£12.64 p/h) | Monday – Friday

To show our appreciation for your hard work and commitment, we're thrilled to offer a £400 Qualification Recognition Bonus to all Level 3 Practitioners across our Nurseries. About Us
At Footsteps, we pride ourselves on creating a nurturing environment for children from birth to 5 years. Our beautiful nursery, rated Good by Ofsted (January 2025), features three main buildings designed to provide quality childcare in a cozy, home-like setting. We believe in offering stimulating and purposeful learning opportunities, inviting parents to engage in activities, and supporting our community. Plus, all children participate in Jo Jingles every week, where they thrive through music in a fun and engaging way!

What We Need From You
We’re looking for someone who embodies passion and commitment in childcare. Here’s what you’ll need:
* Genuine passion for working with children
* Ability to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
* Commitment to continual professional development
* Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Relevant qualifications: NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator
