Reporting to our Head of People, you will be responsible for defining and improving the implementation of the marketing around our talent strategy on our internal SharePoint, our FSP website and across our social media presence.

If you have proven experience in both talent acquisition and implementing tangible employee branding but are now looking for a role with clear actionable objectives – where you can make a significant impact - this could be the ideal next move.

* Utilising direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, Job Boards and employee referrals. Developing content to using different media, e.g. video, podcasts, articles, etc

The successful candidate must have experience recruiting within the legal sector and you must have a solid in-house recruitment background to be considered for this role. Experience of working in a large matrixed organisation is advantageous and an understanding of the complexities of recruiting in a law firm in growth is desirable. Candidates who have experience recruiting fee-earners in an agency environment may also be considered.

This role also requires a very detail orientated and pragmatic individual who enjoys working in a fast pace environment. You must also be comfortable to work autonomously and be able to manage a high volume of roles.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in leading talent acquisition/resourcing at manager level within a fast-paced, values-driven environment
* Strong understanding of EVP, employer branding, and candidate attraction strategies
* Comfortable working with a wide range of internal clients, some experienced recruiting managers and others new to the role needing a little more support
