Role Overview: Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Dorchester and surrounding areas Start Date: Immediate and September 2025 starts available Contract Type: Full-time and part-time (term-time only) Pay: £85– £95 per day (experience dependent) Key Responsibilities: Provide in-class support to pupils and teachers Work 1:1 or with small groups, including pupils with SEN Help to implement tailored interventions and learning plans Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Support children with personal, social, and academic development ✅ What You’ll Need: Experience working with children or young people (in school, care, or similar) A proactive, patient, and flexible attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills A Child Workforce DBS registered to the Update Service (or willing to apply) Why Work With Teaching Personnel?
