About the role...
As a Freelance Account Manager, youll be the day-to-day lead across key client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from brief through to execution. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, is a natural relationship builder, and has hands-on experience managing content production and shoots alongside wider integrated campaigns.
What youll be doing day to day...
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
• Managing integrated campaigns across creative, content, experiential, and retail marketing
• Taking and interpreting client briefs, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Coordinating content production projects, including photo and video shoots
• Liaising with production partners, photographers, videographers, talent, and suppliers
• Working closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard
• Keeping clients informed throughout the project lifecycle and managing expectations effectively
About you...
Youre an experienced Account Manager with a strong agency background and a genuine passion for client service. Youre highly organised, confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, and have experience overseeing shoots and content production alongside broader campaign delivery.
