About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Transfer Pricing professional to join a growing Corporate Tax team. The successful candidate will support senior leadership in delivering a broad range of transfer pricing advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base.
The role offers exposure to the full transfer pricing lifecycle, including policy design, documentation, implementation, risk management, dispute resolution, and international tax advisory projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of client engagements, manage project delivery, and support the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
Transfer Pricing Advisory & Compliance Projects may include:
Designing and implementing transfer pricing policies across a variety of transaction types, including goods, services, intellectual property, and financing arrangements.
* Reviewing and supporting the implementation of transfer pricing policies, including financial and operational testing.
* Reviewing intercompany financing arrangements.
* Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking analyses, Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting documentation.
* Conducting thin capitalisation reviews.
* Performing transfer pricing risk assessments and providing remediation recommendations.
* Supporting Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) engagements.
* Assisting with tax authority enquiries and dispute resolution matters.
* Advising on the wider tax implications of transfer pricing policies and international operations, including withholding taxes, indirect taxes, customs considerations, and permanent establishment risks.
Client Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support a broad portfolio of clients across multiple sectors and industries, with responsibilities including.
* Liaising with tax, audit, accounting, and other advisory teams to coordinate project delivery.
* Managing project deadlines and workflow effectively.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high standards of client service.
* Managing work in progress, billing processes, and commercial performance for allocated engagements.
* Delegating work to junior team members and providing coaching and constructive feedback.
* Supporting compliance with internal quality, risk management, and administrative procedures

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Proven transfer pricing experience gained within professional services, industry, or a combination of both.
* Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing principles.
* Ability to explain complex technical matters clearly to both tax and non-tax stakeholders.
* Broad technical knowledge across a range of industries and business models.
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets and deadlines.
* Experience preparing high-quality technical reports and transfer pricing documentation.
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Qualifications
* ACA, CA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent professional qualification.
