Position: Analyst, Finance (Accounts Assistant)
Location: Frimley, UK
Contract type: Indefinite (not eligible for relocation; remote work once per week for eligible employees)
People Leader: Accounts Receivable Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Input customer and vendor invoices.
* Assist 2x AR and 2x AP analysts with queries and mailbox management.
* Match customer invoices in a timely manner.
* Support month‑end close activities, including preparation of reconciliations and accruals.
* Assist with internal and external audit documentation and reporting.
* Support the compliance manager on internal controls covering AR and AP.
* Maintain vendor and customer master data.
* Respond to vendor and customer communications.
* Assist with bank postings.
Qualifications and Experience
* Excellent numeric and Excel skills, along with proficiency in MS Office.
* Experience with SAP is desired but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and ability to articulate messages.
* Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail with high standards.
