We are seeking a highly experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with expertise in HR data to join our team.
About the Role:
* To lead data-driven decision making, we require an individual with 5 years of minimum experience, preferably with technical exposure to source systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain complex SQL/TSQL queries and excel skills to drive business insights.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Sisense/PowerBI solutions for data visualization.
* Moderate knowledge of ETL processes (SSIS a plus) is required.
* Effective communication and influencing skills are essential to deliver results under pressure.
