The Opportunity/Role📢
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our manufacturing department in our fabrication team. In this role you will be accountable for ensuring our product is produced and packaged in accordance with the Production programme and Safe Systems of Work. Responsibilities will include:
1. Produce the required product, operating within Company Policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Quality, Technical and Manufacturing Administration.
2. Be diligent regarding procedures defined in the Environmental Management System.
3. Liaise with Engineering, Planning, Quality, HR, Sales and Marketing.
4. Maintain production and quality documents.
5. Be responsible for a high level of housekeeping in the work area.
6. Be involved with non-conformance activities to improve the finished product.
7. Continually strive to improve the working environment and production processes.
Work Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 10:30pm (rotating weekly)
Salary: £28421.03 per annum
Attendance bonus:£300 per quarter (subject to 100% attendance)
Requirements:
8. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
9. Technical understanding would be an advantage
10. Ability to set and work to priorities
11. Self-disciplined wit the ability to set and maintain high standards
12. Motivated to create a safe environment
13. Ability to work effectively and build relationships in a team environment
