About the role
We’re looking for caring and reliable SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist all‑through school in Rugby supporting learners aged 2–19 with a range of additional needs.
1. Location: Rugby
2. Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
3. Contract: Full‑time, long‑term, temporary to permanent
4. Start: ASAP
What you'll be doing
5. Support pupils with SEND in class and during daily routines
6. Provide 1:1 and small group support
7. Assist withmunication, sensory needs, and engagement
8. Work closely with teachers and support staff
What you'll need to succeed
9. Experience in SEN, support work, or similar
10. A calm, patient, and positive approach
11. Ability to follow support plans and work as part of a team
12. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
