The role involves supporting academic learning, emotional wellbeing, and behaviour, with a focus on a therapeutic approach. Training will be provided, and prior experience is desirable but not essential. Graduates in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
This position offers a unique chance to work closely with on-site therapists and psychologists, including shadowing sessions and mentorship, providing invaluable experience in Special Needs and Mental Health support. It's ideal for aspiring educational or occupational psychologists, therapeutic support workers, or SEN teachers.
