You’ll drive local social media initiatives, create compelling content, and support flagship events, helping to boost engagement and visibility for a B2B technology audience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement social media strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Comms, Digital, Events, Corporate Affairs, and Sales teams
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to local audiences and trends, always reflecting Workday’s voice
* Oversee the regional social calendar, balancing global priorities with local relevance
* Work with creative teams and agencies to deliver standout campaigns
* Monitor social media performance, provide insights, and optimise content and campaigns
* Promote employee advocacy via Workday Luminaries and internal training initiatives
Requirements:
* 6-8 years’ experience managing social media in a B2B technology environment
* Strong track record in organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns
* Excellent skills in marketing communications and digital strategy
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders efficiently
* Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills
