This role is designed to proactively support the commercial team in managing and controlling all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of the project. The aim is to ensure full recovery of commercial entitlements and effective oversight of project value. Responsibilities include helping the commercial team capture all value, measuring and valuing exclusion works using the agreed schedule of rates, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and preparing and administering weekly and monthly applications.
Assist the Quantity Surveyor (QS) with commercial administration and management across multiple live projects.
Ensure all project value is accurately captured, including measuring and valuing exclusion works in line with the agreed schedule of rates.
Support sub‑contract procurement and oversee commercial management activities.
Manage and control sub‑contract accounts, including variations and associated documentation.
Prepare documentation required for valuations, procurement processes, and wider commercial administration.
