About the role of Project Administrator
This regional contractor specializes in new build commercial projects, including education, healthcare, MOD, industrial new builds, refurbishments, and extensions. Projects typically valued up to £15M, across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, and Surrey, serving both private and public clients. The Project Administrator will be based at their head office in Southampton.
Responsibilities of the Project Administrator
* Monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure proper filing systems are utilized
* Assisting with timesheet management
Requirements for the Project Administrator
* Previous experience in the construction industry is essential
* BPSS clearance is desirable
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required
