About the role:
As a Care Team Leader at Runwood Homes, you'll exemplify professionalism, kindness, and compassion. Your role involves planning and providing high-quality care that ensures our residents feel safe, respected, and independent.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they adhere to the highest care standards. Accurate record-keeping and effective communication with colleagues are essential components of your responsibilities.
Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager by providing physical, social, and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication management and ensure compliance with medication audits.

About you:
We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, has expertise in dementia care, and experience leading teams to deliver exceptional care. The ideal candidate will exude positive energy, build strong relationships, and demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
