SEN Tutor
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored learning support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement individualised education plans based on students' needs
* Assist students in enhancing their academic and social skills
* Monitor and track progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
* Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure a supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist knowledge and experience in SEN education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SEN students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN policies and practises
* Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
* Strong assessment and evaluation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in SEN support
* Experience with assistive technology
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centres
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
