An award-winning consultancy, based in Oxford, is seeking a skilled Senior Architect with demonstrable experience in diverse sectors to join their highly successful team. The firm work on cutting-edge projects across the public, advanced manufacturing, science, education, defence, and workplace sectors, both in the UK and internationally. With a growing multidisciplinary integrated design practice and an enviable portfolio of first-rate projects, they\'re the ideal employer for ambitious, creative professionals.
In this role, you\'ll work on a diverse range of exciting public and private sector projects, both in the UK and overseas. As a Senior Architect, you\'ll use your advanced design, technical, and leadership skills to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest possible standard, on time and within budget.
We are looking for an ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect with a minimum of 5 years\' UK experience post qualification, who is passionate about sustainable design and UK best practice. You\'ll also have advanced 3D capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals.
Revit experience is essential!
Responsibilities
* Strong design and technical detailing skills and leadership qualities
* Outstanding communication skills
* Experience in preparing technical drawings packages and specifications
* Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
* Managing planning applications & Building Regulations
* Inspection of building work on site
* Knowledge of UK best practice standards
* Develop customer relationships to find additional opportunities to address their challenges
* Assist in business development
Qualifications
* ARB/RIBA Chartered Architect with a minimum of 5 years UK experience post qualification
* Passionate about sustainable design and UK best practice
* Advanced 3D capabilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals
* Revit experience is essential
