Music Tutor
We are looking for an experienced Percussion Tutor to deliver high-quality music lessons in both primary and secondary school settings. This role is perfect for a passionate musician who aims to inspire students and enhance their skills in percussion and drum kit. Responsibilities
* Deliver music lessons across primary and secondary schools in Rotherham.
* Teach 1:1, small group, and class lessons focusing on percussion and drum kit.
* Engage students during the school hours of 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the flexibility to choose the working day.
* Optional Saturday teaching available if desired.
* Travel to different schools, often multiple on the same day, to conduct lessons.
Qualifications
* Previous teaching experience in music, specifically percussion and drum kit (formal qualification not required but beneficial).
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
* Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying ages and abilities.
* Strong organisational skills to manage travel and scheduling across different schools.
* Passion for music and education, with a focus on developing students' musical abilities.
