Overview
Your role at Superdrug as a Fragrance Adviser is all about serving customers mainly at the fragrance counter, delivering excellent service and encouraging add‑on sales. You will also ensure the fragrance counter and wider store are well merchandised and maintain a high level of presentation. In addition, you will support the management team in achieving store targets. To support your development, you’ll also have the opportunity to receive training in ear and nose piercing to support our fast‑growing piercing business in store (optional).
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service at the fragrance counter.
* Encourage add‑on sales and promote fragrance products.
* Maintain high levels of merchandising and presentation in the fragrance counter and wider store.
* Support the management team in achieving store sales targets.
* Participate in optional training for ear and nose piercing services.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience or interest in fragrance.
* Confident and clear communication skills.
* Passionate about retail and customer service.
* Desire to learn and improve fragrance knowledge and skills.
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided) (optional).
* Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change.
