Description
Provide expert tax advice on mergers and acquisitions to a diverse client portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Manage and oversee the tax aspects of complex transactions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering strategic insights.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and policies.
