Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE13 7LW

Salary: £12.40 per hour

Contract: Full time, 26 Hours

Role across 2 services: Dinnington & Westerhope

This position is about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans, including dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, and supporting employment, volunteering and hobbies.

Responsibilities

* Support workers provide care and assistance to individuals during night shifts, following personal support plans.
* Assist with day-to-day activities such as dressing, personal care, finances and medications as outlined in plans.
* Attend appointments and support people with employment, volunteering and hobbies as appropriate.
* Build positive relationships with the people supported and promote independence and choice.

* Willingness to work nights and follow personal support plans.
