We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Immigration team within their Belfast office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an esteemed Immigration team, working on all aspects of both corporate and personal immigration matters, Visa applications and extensions, family and private life applications, and skilled Worker and sponsorship matters. The candidate’s duties will also include drafting legal documents, preparing applications for administrative reviews, preparing briefs to counsel, and researching and analysing documents and case law to ensure the accuracy of advice and procedure.
The candidate will play a key role in advising the firm’s client base on contentious immigration matters, including settlement and citizenship applications, appeals and general immigration advice, and judicial review litigation.
* 1-5 PQE;
* Strong background in employment and immigration law;
