We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Information Support Officer to join our team. This is a vital role supporting governance processes across committees, reviews and investigations, ensuring full compliance with organisational standards.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support to governance functions.
* Manage and coordinate committee meetings, including minute-taking.
* Support reviews and investigations with accurate documentation and follow-up.
* Ensure compliance with governance protocols and procedures.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain effective communication and workflow.
Qualifications and qualities
* Experience in high-level administration, ideally within a healthcare or governance setting.
* Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
* Proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a busy, focused environment.
* Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Mandatory requirements
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
