Develop concept designs and technical drawings
Assist with project coordination alongside Senior members of staff
Work on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
Work on planning applications and building regulations
Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful delivery of projectsSkills and experience for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant include:
Successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification
Relevant post Part 1 qualification experience would be advantageous
Experience with Revit
Excellent drawing and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
