As a Site Supervisor at our school, you will be responsible for ensuring our site is well maintained, safe, and developed in a manner that supports teaching excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Safeguard the security and integrity of the school premises by carrying out keyholder responsibilities; ensuring that access routes remain safe and unobstructed; and promptly reporting any actual or potential security concerns.
* Undertake routine and reactive maintenance across the school site, and assist with the identification, engagement and supervision of external contractors when specialist skills are required.
* Plan, coordinate and maintain accurate records of scheduled preventative maintenance and statutory health and safety checks in accordance with the school’s risk assessments and regulatory obligations.
* Perform housekeeping and grounds maintenance duties to ensure the school environment is clean, safe and consistently maintained to a high standard.
* Support the school’s environmental and sustainability goals by managing utilities and responsibly operating the heating, lighting and other building systems.
* Provide porterage support, including moving and assembling equipment and assisting with the setup of classrooms and school resources as required.
* Be aware of, and comply with, policies and procedures relating to child protection, health and safety, security, and confidentiality, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
