Head of HR Business Partnering Location: City of London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office) Reporting to: HR Director Overview This newly created role will lead the HR Business Partnering function across a UK and international footprint covering the UK, Ireland, Europe and South Africa. The Head of HR Business Partners will play a critical role in aligning people strategy with business objectives, supporting leaders through change, and strengthening organisational effectiveness across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Lead the HR Business Partner team to deliver consistent, commercially focused people support to senior leaders across geographies. Translate business strategy into clear people and workforce plans using financial, operational and workforce insight. Act as a trusted advisor on leadership, organisation design, change and capability development. Workforce Planning & Transformation Partner closely with the Talent Centre of Excellence to deliver workforce and demand planning initiatives. Lead and support organisational change and transformation activity across the international footprint. Champion the adoption of HR analytics, self-service and digital tools to improve decision-making and efficiency. Governance, Risk & Compliance Oversee people risk identification and mitigation across regions, working with relevant stakeholders. Own the HRBP budget and support effective financial planning within HR. Leadership & Collaboration Lead, coach and develop a team of senior HR Business Partners. Work closely with HR Centres of Expertise and Shared Services to ensure effective and seamless service delivery. Deputise for the HR Director on business-facing HR matters as required. Experience & Capability Extensive experience in senior HR Business Partnering roles within complex, multi-country environments. Proven experience leading change and transformation projects and initiatives. Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate credibly with senior leadership. Proven experience delivering workforce planning and organisational change at scale. Confidence using data, analytics and technology to inform people decisions. Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing HR teams. Experience working in IT/Tech/SAAS organisations is essential.
