Parts Advisor – Nottingham
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm

Key Responsibilities
Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled quickly, accurately, and professionally
Locating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from trusted suppliers
Handling customer enquiries with confidence and excellent product knowledge
Processing orders efficiently using internal systems
Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
Keeping the parts department tidy, organised, and compliant
Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
Full UK driving licence
Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
Confident using computer systems and databases
Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
