The Role
You will support a busy and successful property department, working across a mix of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high‑quality work within a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.
Key responsibilities include
* Assisting fee earners with residential and commercial property transactions
* Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
* Managing files and progressing matters from instruction to completion
* Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
* Supporting the wider team to ensure efficient case progression
About You
* Previous experience within residential and/or commercial conveyancing
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
* Able to manage a varied workload in a fast‑paced environment
* A proactive and team‑oriented mindset
