Role Overview:
As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in supporting families and promoting child health. Your key responsibilities include:
✔ Managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child Programme
✔ Providing expert guidance to families on child health and development
✔ Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure integrated care
✔ Conducting health assessments and evaluations
✔ Promoting well-being across families and communities
✔ Maintaining accurate records in line with NHS standards
What We’re Looking For:
SCPHN Health Visitor Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate
NMC Registration
Experience in child protection and multi-agency collaboration
Strong understanding of child health agendas
Ability to travel between locations as required
