Our client, a thriving Practice company, is seeking a diligent Semi Senior Accountant to join their team in Sevenoaks, Kent. If you have experience as a Semi Senior or Part Qualified Accountant and are eager to exceed client expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client manager responsibilities for a portfolio of clients
* Preparation of proposals for new and existing clients
* Preparation and reviewing of VAT returns
* Preparation and reviewing of basic management accounts
* Preparation of CIS returns
* Preparation of statutory reporting
* Year-end opening balance adjustments
* Preparation of Corporation Tax returns
* Company secretarial services
* Reviewing work from a Client Assistant prior to publishing this within Xero or relevant accounting system
* Go to person - for initial client queries
* Software support for clients
* Xero and app setups/training
* Budgets/forecasts with clients
* Training Client Assistant and Client Adviser roles
General Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-level client service with a focus on value addition
* Meet client deadlines and ensure confidentiality of sensitive data
* Act as the go-to person for client queries
