JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will support and work directly with the CEO and provide assistance to the Senior Management Team (SLT) and the Board of Trustees to support the delivery of the charity's non-clinical governance arrangements. The role will focus on forward planning, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
ABOUT YOU
You are an organised self-starter capable of providing comprehensive Executive Assistant support, multitasking, delegating, and planning efficiently.
You have a methodical approach to personal organisation, known for streamlining processes, detailed minute-taking, and providing excellent administrative support at a senior level—whether drafting reports, coordinating projects, or liaising with Trustees.
Your strengths include managing diaries, forward planning, governance support, and helping leadership teams focus on priorities.
