Were looking for a skilledSolar PV Engineerto jump into our solar operations team. If you love hands-on work and keeping solar PV systems running safe, smooth, and efficient, this could be your next gig!
What youll be up to:
* Fixing, testing, and maintaining solar PV systems
* Spotting issues and sorting them out, whether planned or unexpected
* Troubleshooting AC and DC faults like a pro
* Logging your daily wins in our online system
* Keeping sites safe with risk assessments and reporting near misses
* Coordinating contractors and making sure everyone works safely
* Staying up to speed on health, safety, and fire regs
* Being ready for the occasional night away or weekend rota (with extra pay!)
What you bring to the table:
* Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations
* C&G 2382-18 and 2391-52 (or equivalent)
* HV AP qualification
* 3+ years Solar PV O&M experience (ground mount)
* Solid knowledge of AC/DC and HV systems, plus testing gear
* Familiar with CCTV and SCADA systems
* First Aid & Fire Marshal trained (or keen to learn)
* Bonus points for Harness and IOSH quals (we can train!)
