Teaching Assistant – Full-Time (Term Time Only)

Do you love working with young people and making a real difference in their day? We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school community and start right away.
This is a full-time, term-time role where you’ll be supporting pupils across the school, helping them access learning and develop the skills they need to thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting pupils in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups
2. Helping to manage classroom behaviour and routines
3. Encouraging confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits
4. Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet pupil needs
Who we’re looking for:
5. Experience working with children or young people in a similar role
6. OR qualifications in areas such as counselling, youth work, sports coaching, or related fields
7. A calm, positive approach and the ability to build strong relationships
8. Flexibility, teamwork, and a genuine passion for supporting young people
