This is more than just a job; it’s a chance to lead high-impact product launches and craft marketing strategies that reach millions. Sitting at the heart of the European Marketing team, you’ll be instrumental in defining how to bring category-leading products to life across 16 European markets.
Your Impact:
As the strategic engine of the Brand & GTM team, you’ll:
* Develop data-led marketing strategies grounded in market trends, consumer insights, brand performance, and commercial analysis.
* Define strategic priorities for the European marketing function and align cross-functional teams around bold, actionable goals.
* Localise global propositions into tailored, relevant campaigns for the European consumer.
* Drive end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) processes across the Home Appliance category, from launch through to sustain, ensuring a consistent, high-performing rollout across all regions.
* Build strong relationships with HQ, agency partners, and local markets to ensure alignment and best-in-class execution.
* Govern campaign implementation and track execution across subsidiaries to ensure brand consistency and compliance.
* Lead post-launch evaluations and transform insights into continuous improvements across the region.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in marketing strategy, GTM planning, or campaign execution within a large regional or global organisation.
* Deep knowledge of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and integrated marketing.
* Excellent project and stakeholder management skills – you’re organised, analytical, and thrive in matrix environments.
* Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling strategic narratives.
* Experience collaborating across regions and leading product launches at scale.
* High commercial acumen, creativity, and a drive for operational excellence.
