Your duties will include:
Organising and supporting the sales team so that they are knowledgeable about the hotel and offer excellent customer service at every point of communication.
Managing incoming enquires, from conversion through to a seamless transition to our operations team on the day of the event.
Overseeing all event paperwork whilst coordinating with all relevant hotel departments to ensure every department understands all requirements.
Recognising opportunities to maximise revenue, conversion, and drive repeat business through proactive and reactive sales.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with both new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will be experienced in hotel sales and have supervisory experience. They will approach tasks with a can-do attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. This is a fast paced environment and experience in Microsoft office and hotel software such as opera cloud will be advantageous.
