About the role
Our Assistant Managers work closely with Store Managers to drive sales, KPIs, and team development. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team in a store environment where product knowledge and customer passion for the outdoors are key. Maintaining a great store appearance and delivering exceptional customer service are essential. You will be a Brand Ambassador!
About you
We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and flair for Visual Merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential. A hands-on, enthusiastic attitude is a must!
