About the Role
The Quantity Surveyor will oversee the commercial management of bespoke joinery, carpentry, and fit out packages from pre-construction through to final account.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing project costs and commercial reporting
* Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Procurement of subcontractors and materials
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
* Cost control throughout project delivery
* Working closely with site teams and project managers
* Managing subcontractor accounts and payment applications
* Supporting contract administration duties
* Attending site and client meetings where required
* Monitoring project profitability and forecasting
* Handling multiple projects at different stages simultaneously
