CRM and Social Media Manager - Required for a luxury tour operator based in central London. Home-based or hybrid arrangements are acceptable. Experience in CRM and social media management within travel, ideally for a similar company, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus a great bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities of CRM and Social Media Manager:
1. Manage the company's email marketing programme and social media activity.
2. Report directly to the Head of Marketing in a standalone role.
3. Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
4. Prepare KPI reports.
Skills Required:
1. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, preferably for a luxury travel company, or a senior executive seeking to advance.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
