The role is partially field-based at events, with 2 days a week in our Manchester or Leeds office. You’ll drive customer acquisitions, lead events, and play a key role in a company scaling fast — with ambition and performance as the only limits.

* Are based within a commute of Manchester or Leeds, flexible for weekend work (with Wednesdays & Thursdays off)
* Hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have your own vehicle

* Lead, coach, and support Brand Ambassadors to hit sales targets
* Plan and execute field events, leading by example
* Track, analyse, and optimise team performance
* Motivate your team and maintain accountability to hit ambitious goals
* Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy and growth
* Split your time between field-based events and 2 days in the Manchester or Leeds office
