What you’ll be doing:
* Provide technical support to clients remotely and on-site across various systems and technologies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and VPN issues promptly.
* Administer Microsoft 365 environments and maintain Windows servers and desktop systems.
* Assist with infrastructure and cloud projects, while maintaining accurate documentation.
What you’ll need:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar MSP support role.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure and networking fundamentals.
* Experience with VPN technologies and Microsoft 365 administration.
* Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a full UK driving licence.
